We had a plumbing emergency with a busted pipe and our water got shut off and couldn't get anyone to come out on a Sunday night until we were referred to Mark at plumb masters. Within an hour of calling plumb masters, mark was at our house and an hour later he had diagnosed and fixed our busted pipe. Mark was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Next time I won't waste hours calling around and will just call Plumb Masters. Thanks again Mark!

We needed our homeowner water shut-off valve replaced in a hurry. Maybe it was just the luck of the draw, but Plumb Masters showed up in less than 2 hours. They provided me a fair quote and got right to work. Turned out that the required work took far longer than expected. They did not seek to renegotiate the deal. They also identified that the water pressure to our home was far too high. This helped solve a long-standing riddle around why we'd had several water leaks within our home. I will use Plumb Masters again.

After going through two other HORRIBLE plumbing companies my friend Sam told me these guys are honest, will do a perfect job, and they'll do it with a smile. I didn't realise how right he was until they came out to my house and saved me hundreds of dollars by just doing a simple test to show me I didn't, in fact, have a leak like Mr. Rooter’s plumbing told me I had (and wanted to charge me $700 just to inspect the supposed leak!!!). I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Seriously, the most professional company I've ever dealt with!!!! Thank you Mark & Mandy!
